By engaging Amigo Commercial Cleaning for services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

We provide commercial cleaning services as described in your signed quote or service agreement. Scope is defined per agreement.

Pricing & invoicing

Pricing is provided in writing before work begins. We invoice monthly for recurring services and on completion for one-time jobs. Payment terms are net 15 unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

Monthly contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. One-time services may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice without charge.

Insurance & liability

We carry general liability insurance and worker's compensation on all employees. Certificates available on request.

Satisfaction

If you're not satisfied with a visit, contact us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the affected area at no charge.
